So, the last post harped on about making Jimmy’s your own.  We’re doing it again here with the wonderful Jimmy’s White Russian, AKA ‘The Dude’.  We’ve done two versions.  The first is most certainly not how to make it…view video here: How to make a White Russian in the rain.  The second way is probably the most efficient and best.

 For your Jimmy’s White Russian Cocktail you will need:

- Jimmy’s Iced Coffee ORIGINAL (Better to use ORIGINAL as it’s creamier…)

- Some good quality Vodka. Flavoured Vodka like Vanilla or Toffee works a treat too…

- Kahlua.

- Ice.

-A tumbler or two or three, depending on how many peeps you’ve got over…

- Rug and Dressing Gown (optional, see The Big Lebowski for details).

INSTRUCTIONS!

Chuck a few cubes of ice into your glass.  Add 25ml-50ml of vodka and 25 ml of kahlua.  Fill the rest up with Jimmy’s, stir gently, serve and thoroughly enjoy.
Any problems, call Jim and he’ll tell you to go to bar and get someone else to do it.  Keep Your Chin Up!
