This competition is being run by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Limited a company registered in England with company number 07451862, address Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4TZ (“Promoter”).
The promoters and prize provider for this giveaway is Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Limited.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. By entering the promotion all participants agree to a complete liability release for Instagram. All entries will be subject to Instagram’s terms of use which can be found at www.instagram.com.
Promotion Period: Enter 12:00 xx/02/2026 to 23:59 xx/02/2026. All promotion entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid.
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to residents within mainland UK only, aged 18 years or over only, except:
- (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
- (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
- Have an Instagram account and follow @jimmysicedcoffee on Instagram.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the promotional giveaway post.
- Each comment tagging a different friend counts as one entry.
- Multiple entries are permitted, but each tag must be a unique individual.
- Bulk, automated or bot entries will be disqualified.
- The tagged friend must be a real Instagram account.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The competition is open for new and existing followers but entry must be made via the Instagram promotional giveaway post.
- Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void.
The Prize:
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive:
- A year’s supply of Jimmy’s (12 x 12 cases) of their choice.
- £3,000 worth of grocery gift card vouchers for one of the following retailers (winner’s choice): Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons or Waitrose.
The £3,000 total may be fulfilled as multiple gift cards, depending on the maximum denomination permitted by the chosen retailer and sent via email.
Prize Conditions:
- The winner must select one (1) retailer from the list provided.
- Gift cards will be issued subject to the chosen retailer’s own gift card terms and conditions, including expiry dates, usage restrictions, and exclusions.
- The Promoter is not responsible for retailer-specific restrictions on the use of gift cards.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No alternative retailer may be selected outside of the five listed.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
The prize is intended to represent a contribution towards grocery costs and is not a guarantee of a full year’s groceries.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Winner Selection & Notification:
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date.
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @jimmysicedcoffee.
- The winner must respond within 5 working days to claim the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, and UK residency before awarding the prize. Please allow 5 working days from valid acceptance for delivery of the prize. Prizes will be delivered to the email address provided by the winner to the Promoter after notification of winning.
If the prize is undelivered due to inaccurate details, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
Winner Acceptance:
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the announcement of their Instagram handle.
The winner’s surname and county may be made available upon request in accordance with UK promotional marketing rules. If the winner objects to this, they must notify the Promoter at the time of prize acceptance.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Incomplete, delayed, or lost entries
- Technical failures of Instagram or internet services
- Any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize (except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees)
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Data Protection:
Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize.

General:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, and to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
