PAYMENT TERMS
By purchasing a two weekly, monthly or six weekly subscription with Jimmy’s, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription payment. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until the point at which your subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms found on this page.
As a subscription holder, you agree to be charged on a recurring date in line with your chosen subscription interval. We will continue to automatically process your payment at this interval unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.
The amount you are charged will change if you choose to change your recurring order between the dates you are billed. This change must be made up to midnight the day before your recurring bill and dispatch date. You will receive a confirmation email from Jimmy’s detailing your new order and chargeable amount.

We offer a flexible subscription service that allows you to make changes at any time up to the point an order is placed. If you need to skip a delivery or adjust your order frequency, you can do so easily through your account dashboard. Likewise, if you decide that you no longer wish to receive our Iced Coffee, you can cancel your subscription with no hassle or fees. To change or cancel your recurring subscription, you must log in to your account. If you experience any difficulties, or do not receive a confirmation email, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible as your change or cancellation may not be complete.
If an automatic payment is declined, we will not ship your order. You will receive a notification email to make you aware and to give you the opportunity to update or change your payment details. Payment will be automatically retried the next day.
GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
By purchasing an annual, 3 month or 6 month gift subscription, you agree to an upfront payment of the total cost of the subscription for the duration you have chosen.
You will receive a notification email ahead of the final subscription dispatch date and given the chance to transfer ownership to the recipient or renew it for a further set period.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns for any consumable goods. Please refer to our standard shop terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
We want you to feel in control of your subscription and have the ability to tailor it to your needs. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel on the day of dispatch, you may still be charged.
To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your account. If you experience any difficulties, or do not receive a confirmation email, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible as your cancellation may not be complete.
The cancellation request will take effect for your next pending dispatch and billing date, if requested up to midnight the day before this date.
We utilise 3rd party fulfillment warehouses to ensure that your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Unfortunately it is not possible to intercept or cancel orders in the short time period between orders being placed and orders being dispatched.
CANCELLATION FOR GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled as they are paid for in full upon ordering and will not automatically renew.
Gift subscriptions are not eligible for refunds after the first dispatch date.
PRICE CHANGES
We understand that our customers value transparency and fairness, which is why we want to be upfront about our policy regarding price changes. The current pricing is always displayed on our website. While we aim to keep our prices competitive and affordable, we reserve the right to make adjustments to our subscription prices to reflect changes in production, distribution, and other related costs. If we do need to increase our prices, we will give our customers a minimum of 14 days' notice by email before the new prices take effect, so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue with your subscription. Price changes will be implemented automatically no less than 14 days after the notice period.
