Full terms and Conditions:

This prize draw is being run by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Limited (company number: 07451862), a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office address is Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, HP2 4TZ (“Jimmy’s”) (the “Prize Draw”).

The promoters for this prize draw are Jimmy’s (the “Promotor”).

The Prize Draw period begins at 10:00 31/03/2026 to 23:59 05/04/2026 (“Closing Date”).

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the GB (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 16 years or over only (“Entrants”). The following are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw:

(a) employees of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

To enter, Entrants must:

Entrants must enter their name and e-mail address on the website form to enter the Prize Draw.

Maximum one (1) entry per Entrant and there will be a maximum of one (1) prize per Entrant, totalling Five (5) winners. No purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address are required.

Prize

Winners of the Prize Draw will receive one £25 Gift Card for redemption in Five Guys (the “Prize”). There will be, in total, five (5) Prizes to be won. DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED.

The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
It is the Entrant’s responsibility to provide their email address and where no email address is provided, the Winner will not receive a Prize.

Further Prize Conditions

Gift Cards can be used towards in-store purchases at the till at any of our UK stores across England, Scotland and Wales. They can only be used towards the purchase of Five Guys food and drink menu items.

Gift Cards cannot be used on our Digital Kiosk, Click & Collect or Curbside orders on the 5 Guys App and website. They cannot be used for purchases made via our delivery partners.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase items on the Five Guys UK Merch Store.

The gift card will expire 24 months from the date of delivery.

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

By entering the Prize Draw, the Entrant agrees that any personal information provided by them with the Prize Draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion. Any personal data submitted by the Winner to the Promotor will be treated in accordance with the Promotor’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://www.jimmysicedcoffee.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Winner Selection:
All valid entries received by the Promoter will be submitted into the Prize Draw. Five (5) winners (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”) will be picked at random from the Entrants on 06/04/2026 (the “Draw Date”).

Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted directly from Jimmy’s via email only on 06/04/2026. Winners will be asked to provide a valid postal address for delivery of the Prize. The decision of the Promoters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Acceptance:
The Promoters do not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take up their Prize and reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

The Winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this Prize Draw. If the Winner does not want their name to be published, they should inform Jimmy’s when accepting their Prize. If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks claiming their prize, a new winner will be chosen at random from the original entries.

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery/ receipt. The Promoters take no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for errors in contact details supplied by Entrants.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an Entrant is using any computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Prize Draw, that Entrant’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize will be void.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Jimmy’s, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. This does not affect the Entrant’s statutory rights.

The Promoters reserve the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

By taking part in this Prize Draw, all Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotional materials relating to the Prize Draw, including all information on how to enter the Prize Draw, also form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

This Prize Draw is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
