Jimmy’s Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

• Validity

Jimmy’s Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time, any remaining balance will be cancelled and cannot be redeemed. This Gift Card is available in sterling (£) only. It is a prepaid card which means that the money must be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase.

• How to use

Gift Cards can be redeemed online only at www.jimmysicedcoffee.com. To use your Gift Card, enter the unique code at checkout in the box labelled “Gift card or discount code.”

• Balances

If the full balance isn’t used in one transaction, the remaining value will stay on the card and can be used on future purchases. A maximum value of £100.00 may be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase; the minimum load value is £0.01. Only full £1 amounts (or multiples thereof) may be loaded onto the card. Additional amounts may not be loaded onto the Card at any time. You may use the card, in accordance with any instructions issued by us from time to time, until the card balance reaches zero.

• Exclusions

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to buy another Gift Card. They may be used on any product, including subscriptions, subject to availability.

• Lost or stolen cards

Please treat your Gift Card like cash. We can’t replace lost, stolen or deleted cards once issued. If the card fails to operate correctly, you must immediately notify info@jimmysicedcoffee / +44 01202 611364, quoting the Card number. If you cannot quote the Card number, we will not be able to issue a replacement.

• Refunds on purchases

If you use a Gift Card to make a purchase and later return the product, the refund will be issued back to the same Gift Card.

• General

Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Limited (company number 07451862) with it’s principle place of business at Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, HP2 4TZ, reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your statutory rights are not affected. You will be deemed to have accepted such revised Terms and Conditions, unless you tell us otherwise. In such circumstance, your rejection of the change shall be treated as notification that you wish to terminate this Agreement. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the English Courts.

• Data Protection

By purchasing the Card and using it, you agree that we can use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this data to deliver the Card to you or the person you have requested us to send the Card to. We may also collect such personal data when you contact us in order for us to assist with a query about the Card you hold.
We will not use your personal data for marketing, unless, when you purchase your Card online, you opt in to receiving marketing information. You explicitly consent to us accessing, processing and retaining any information you provide to us for the purposes of this Gift Card. This does not affect any rights and obligations you or we have under data protection legislation.
