We’re excited to be growing our creative team this year and are hiring a Junior Content Creator at HQ. This position is full-time, office based at our office in Christchurch, Dorset.

This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to demonstrate their creative flair and has a passion for bringing their ideas to life. You’re fuelled by your creativity and already have a strong skillset in creating professional social content.

Think you’re up for the ride?

The Job:

  • Support and manage content planning across the annual content calendar, from ideation through to delivery.
  • Capture product lifestyle photography in both studio and on-location environments.
  • Produce video content tailored for social media platforms.
  • Edit photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite to meet project objectives and brand standards.
    Manage independent content series while collaborating on major campaigns, projects, and events.
  • Analyse social media performance using tracked metrics and trends to inform content decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of informed and data-driven social media strategies.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations including outreach, concept development, content delivery, and budget tracking.

What we want:

  • Strong confidence in pursuing and maximising photographic opportunities.
  • Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with customers confidently.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh, compelling visual concepts.
  • Degree in Photography, Videography, or a related field (preferred).
  • Photography experience and technical knowledge (essential).
  • Videography experience and technical knowledge (preferred).
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom (essential).
  • Genuine interest in outdoor activities and adventure.
