Short Terms and Conditions:

Entry is made by following @jimmysicedcoffee and @thesaltwatersauna and tagging a friend in the comments of the competition post. 1 entry per person. 5 Winners. This competition is being run by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Limited a company registered in England with company number 07451862, address Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4TZ (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period: Enter 12:00 20/03/2026 to 23:59 26/03/2026. All promotion entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid.
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to residents within mainland UK only, aged 18 years or over only, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
Have an Instagram account and follow @jimmysicedcoffee and @thesaltwatersauna on Instagram.
Tag at least one friend in the comments of the promotional giveaway post.
Multiple entries are not permitted
Bulk, automated or bot entries will be disqualified.
The tagged friend must be a real Instagram account.
· There are no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
· The competition is open for new and existing followers, but entry must be made via the Instagram promotional giveaway post.
· Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void.
The Prize:
There will be Five (5) winners.
The winners will receive:
A 3-month supply of Jimmy’s - Three (3) Twelve (12) can cases of their choice.
Two (2) communal sauna sessions at The Saltwater Sauna Boscombe site.
Prize Conditions:
The winner must use their sessions within one year.
No cash alternative will be given.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @jimmysicedcoffee.
The winner must respond within 5 working days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, and UK residency before awarding the prize. Please allow 5 working days from valid acceptance for delivery of the prize. Prizes will be delivered to the email address provided by the winner to the Promoter after notification of winning.
If the prize is undelivered due to inaccurate details, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
Winner Acceptance:
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the announcement of their Instagram handle.
The winner’s surname and county may be made available upon request in accordance with UK promotional marketing rules. If the winner objects to this, they must notify the Promoter at the time of prize acceptance.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
Incomplete, delayed, or lost entries
Technical failures of Instagram or internet services
Any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize (except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees)
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
a) contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by the Promoter or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
b) include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
c) defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
d) promotes any political agenda.
Data Protection:
Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize.

General:
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process.
Cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
The person from whose account the entry is sent from shall be deemed the entrant for the purposes of this Promotion.
The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any social media entries containing:
a) (a) content deemed to be wholly inappropriate, discriminatory or illegal, including but not limited to obscene, indecent, defamatory, malicious, racist, sexist, homophobic, harassing, threatening and/or offensive, inclusive of nudity and/or pornography, sexual, violent and fraudulent in nature.
b) (b) any activity or behaviour which causes, encourages or promotes danger or a threat to the health and safety of the entrant and/or others.
c) any activity or behaviour which promotes or advertises goods and/or services, including competitor products, for any form of remuneration.
d) any attempt to impersonate another person or include persons who have not given permission to feature in the entry.
e) prominent featuring of any trademark or copyright material not owned or licenced by the promoter or any third party connected to the promoter for the purposes of the promotion.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
