Short Terms and Conditions

UK only. Aged 16+. Competition opens at 12:00 on 01/07/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 22/07/2026. No purchase necessary. Internet access and an Instagram account required.

Promoter

This competition is run by Jimmy's Iced Coffee, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07451862), whose registered office is Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4TZ ("the Promoter").

Promotion Period

The competition opens at 12:00 on 01/07/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 22/07/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of mainland UK aged 16 years or over, excluding:

  • Employees of the Promoter or its parent or subsidiary companies.
  • Employees of agents or suppliers professionally connected with this promotion.
  • Immediate family members or members of the same household as those listed above.

How to Enter

You must have internet access and an Instagram account.

To enter:

  • Follow @jimmysicedcoffee on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.

Only entrants who are still following @jimmysicedcoffee when the competition closes will be eligible for the prize draw.

Entry Limit

Maximum one entry per person during the Promotion Period.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.

The competition is open to both new and existing followers.

Prize

Each winner will receive:

  • 1 x custom Jimmy's YETI Wheeled Cool Box
  • 1 x YETI M12 Backpack Cooler
  • 1 x YETI 18oz Rambler Bottle
  • A year's supply of Jimmy's Iced Coffee

There will be three winners.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

Delivery is available to one mainland UK address only.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes will be delivered by courier within approximately 4 weeks of the winner accepting the prize.
  • Delivery is limited to one mainland UK address.
  • If any advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Winners are responsible for checking deliveries upon receipt.
  • The prize excludes anything not specifically listed.
  • Delivery times may be affected by supply chain delays outside the Promoter's control.
  • Personal information supplied will only be used by the Promoter and its appointed agents for administering this promotion.
  • If a prize cannot be delivered because incorrect delivery details have been provided, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
  • Winners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and delivery details.

Winner Selection

All valid entries will be entered into a random prize draw.

The draw will take place on 22/07/2026.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted only by @jimmysicedcoffee via Instagram Direct Message within 5 working days of the draw.

If a winner does not respond and accept the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Acceptance

If a selected winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award it to the next eligible entrant drawn from valid entries received before the closing date.
